Data deletion

If you have chatted with a WhatsApp assistant run by Aivance and want us to delete your data, there are two ways to ask:

1. On WhatsApp

Send DELETE MY DATA in the same WhatsApp conversation with the business. We will ask you to confirm.

2. By email

Email mgarcia@aivance.info with the subject "Delete my data" and the phone number you used.

What we delete and when

We delete your messages, client profile, notes and booking history linked to that number within 30 days at most, and confirm once it is done. We only keep what the law requires, blocked and for the required period.

Messages stored in your own WhatsApp app are managed by you on your phone.
